Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics, inspections, brake and tire work, engine repairs, and more.
Diagnose and address technical issues using Mercedes-Benz guidelines and equipment.
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor for accurate repair time estimates and to keep customers informed.
Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards and policies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Continually update skills by attending workshops, certifications, and training provided by Mercedes-Benz.

Qualifications:
Previous automotive technician experience is preferred; Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience is a plus.
ASE certifications (or equivalent) are preferred.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and keep up with changing automotive technology.
