ManufacturingConsultants defineand design the future state of Manufacturing companies (within the 4 walls optimization). This includes organizational, operational, and technical models to enable modernization of core operations across the breadth and depth of EHS, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Operational/ ManufacturingExcellence functions.

Professionals digitize plants,sitesandcentersby bringing cross-facility operations at scale. Our next generation production and manufacturing methodsleverageAI, IoT, automation, wearables, and predictive analytics to enable multi-site plant optimization; to increase production reliability, product quality, workersafetyand sustainable operations with a more productive digital workforce.

THE WORK:

  • Support delivery ofIndustrial and Automotivereinvention, with a focus onrealizing complex large scale manufacturing engineering initiatives.This includes transformation of large brownfieldplants, design of greenfieldplantsandpreparing fornew product launches.

  • Apply a strong understanding ofmanufacturing and supply chain value leversspecific to the industrial and automotive environments. This includesthe implementation of new digital,AIand physical automation technologies.

  • The automation and transformation of material flow inside industrial and automotive plantsis ofspecific importance for this role.

  • Manage projects orworkstreamsendtoend, including scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes, while adapting to evolving client priorities.

  • Build and applyindustry, functional, and technical knowledgeto support client conversations, solution development, and delivery of innovativemanufacturingledways of working.

  • Lead and coordinatediverse, global Accenture teams, providingdaytodaydirection, coaching, and quality oversight, whileleveragingAI and digital tools to improve delivery effectiveness.

  • Establish andmaintainstrong client relationshipsat the manager, director, and senior director levels through clear communication, structured problem solving, and delivery credibility.

  • Collaborateacross AccentureSupply Chain & Engineering team to deliverintegrated,endtoendsolutionsspanning manufacturing operations, platforms, and supplychain.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Minimum of5years experienceas part of a team focused onmanufacturing engineeringandmaterial flowinautomotive and industrialmanufacturing

  • Demonstrated experience with leading thelarge scaledesign and implementation of material delivery routes, simulations, ergonomic considerations, IT/OT integration considerations, PFEP,business case considerations when deploying automated mobile robots (AMRs).Expertisewith vendors, risk considerations, technologiesin this spaceisof critical importance.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience withshop floor change management, performance improvement, businesscaseand value management

  • Understanding of related ERP modules

  • Understanding ofPlant Control Systems (DCS, PLC, SCADA, HMI, etc.)

  • Experience withsimulation in factory environments

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years' work experience). Industrial or engineering degree is preferred
