Team One Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is actively seeking Experienced Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.

Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on experience, certifications, productivity, and other qualifying factors.

CDJR dealership experience is preferred. ASE Certified Technicians are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles according to manufacturer and dealership standards
  • Perform inspections, testing, and repairs using diagnostic tools and specialized equipment

Qualifications

  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license required
