As an Account Executive, Sponsorships within Hagerty's Commercial Partnerships division, you'll drive revenue across Hagerty's owned and operated events while also contributing to broader media sales efforts. You'll lead event sponsorship monetization and build strong, long-term relationships with brand clients and media agencies.
In addition to event partnerships, you'll develop and sell integrated programs across Hagerty's media ecosystem, including digital branded newsletters, magazine advertising, and high impact, cross platform sponsorship packages. Bring your strategic thinking, strong client focus, and a passion for innovation, with a proven ability to generate and grow revenue over time!
What you'll do
  • Drive meaningful revenue opportunities with a self-starter mind set
  • Heavy focus on multi-platform sponsorships, driven by event sponsorships.
  • Strategically position all key selling value propositions for Hagerty's content offerings and HDC benefits to prospective customers
  • Establish relationships with OEM's, endemic, lifestyle in the automotive marketplace to grow our position in media, entertainment & events.
  • Listen to investor earnings calls and stay on top of marketplace intel
  • Travel to onsite events and client meetings

  • Proven strong sales experience
  • Must have working knowledge audio/video/digital/social media landscape and platforms

  • This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location but preferred candidates are from the Metro-Detroit area.
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
