This role leads a complex, fast‐evolving portfolio within the vehicle industry and is accountable for driving performance, profitable growth, and product strategy. Success in this role requires strong commercial acumen, deep market and network awareness, and the ability to translate industry trends into sustainable business results.This is a high‐impact opportunity to shape the future of our automotive services while leading a growing business with significant revenue and profitability goals.## **Key Responsibilities*** Develop, and execute the AUTO LOB vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, operating plans, and financial plans.* Analyze vehicle market trends to forecast objectives and identify and size growth opportunities.* Own P&L accountability for the AUTO LOB, partnering with other countries, centers of excellence, and shared services to deliver results across local and enterprise targets.* Recommend and manage enterprise investments, operating expenses, and advertising and promotional spend for the LOB.* Provide direct oversight of AUTO business performance in Puerto Rico, including client results tracked through StoneEagle metrics.* Maintain accountability for the performance of all AUTO products.* Expand the business by identifying new opportunities through client engagement, channel partnerships, competitive analysis, and industry research.* Apply strong risk management expertise, monitoring trends and recommending changes as needed.* Build and develop a high‐performing team, strengthening people capabilities to deliver both short‐ and long‐term objectives.* Lead cross‐functional collaboration to scale the business.* Coordinate efforts at regional and corporate levels to ensure strategic alignment and effective product deployment.* Provide inspirational leadership to the AUTO team, fostering a culture of engagement, growth, accountability, and outperformance**Required Qualifications*** 15+ years of experience in general management, business development, and services support.* Demonstrated P&L ownership, with accountability for revenue growth and profitability.* Strong capability to transfer business knowledge and best practices across teams, geographies, and functions.* Proven ability to build, develop, and lead high‐performing leadership teams.* Track record of fostering a culture of engagement, growth, accountability, and outperformance.**Other requirements**:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a concentration in Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.* 10+ years of experience within the automotive ecosystem, including one or more of the following:* Automotive OEM, Captive Finance Company, Automotive Third‐Party Administrator, Automotive Retail, Auto Lending, or Insurance.* Proven general management and negotiation experience in multi‐country or regional environments.* Deep knowledge of the Puerto Rico automotive market, including key players, dynamics, and regulatory considerations.* Basic working knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance.* Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).##### We work with the world’s top brands to make smart devices simpler.
