is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and customer-focused Quick Lane Manager to lead and grow our high-volume Quick Lane operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coaching a team to success, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, you'll oversee the daily operations of our Ford Quick Lane department, lead a team of four Service Advisors, and work alongside them by actively assisting customers and writing service. You'll play a key role in growing the business by increasing customer retention, improving hours per repair order, maximizing fixed gross profit, and ensuring an efficient, customer-focused operation. Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Quick Lane Service Advisors.
  • Write service and assist customers throughout the day to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Increase department fixed gross profit and improve hours per repair order (HPRO).
  • Drive sales of maintenance and repair services through effective customer communication and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the Quick Lane Shop Foreman to maximize technician productivity and shop efficiency.
  • Partner with the Service Drive Manager to ensure seamless operations between the service drive and Quick Lane.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on accountability and growth.

 
Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive service management or service advisor experience required.
  • Quick Lane or Ford dealership experience preferred.
  • Experience with CDK Drive and Xtime service software is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proven ability to grow sales and achieve department performance goals.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
