NOW HIRING: FORD SERVICE ADVISORJoin Our Busy, Fast-Paced Service Department!

We’re looking for an experienced Ford Service Advisor who knows how to take care of customers, build trust, write effective repair orders, and thrive in a high-volume dealership service department.

If you’re experienced, motivated, organized, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to talk to you!

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership service advisor experience

  • Ford dealership experience strongly preferred

  • CDK experience is a plus

  • Xtime experience is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and repair orders

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy, high-volume environment

  • Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills

  • Professional attitude with a team-first mentality

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs

  • Write and manage repair orders from check-in through delivery

  • Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs

  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

  • Provide consistent updates throughout the repair process

  • Maintain strong CSI and customer satisfaction

  • Follow up with customers and build long-term relationships
