  • To lead the day to day operations of the company’s Reconditioning Repair Department

  • Overseeing customer vehicle Warranty Repairs

  • Oversee techs performance on routine maintenance and come-backs and improve the productivity and efficiency of the reconditioning of inventory for our two retail locations in Johnston & Woonsocket, RI

We Are Seeking: 

  • 5+ Years of Automotive Service/Shop Management Experience

  • Previous BHPH or independent dealership experience PREFERRED, but will consider any professional shop experience

  • Strong understanding of Automotive Diagnostics and Repair procedures 

  • Strong Leadership and Team-Building Skills-A Mentor for other staff

  • ASE Certifications Preferred, but not Required

  • Prove ability as a Problem Solver who will identify areas needing improvement, develop solutions, strategies, and procedures to solve them and effectively implement the change to improve profitability and department performance

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Abilities. Able to talk with customers with a calm and professional demeanor, particularly with unhappy customers

  • Well Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

  • Experience with shop management software and repair order systems

  • Experience managing warranty, internal, and retail repair work Preferred

  • Good computer Skills
