Gandrud Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an experienced Business Manager (Automotive F&I) to join our team in Green Bay!
This is a position for a proven dealership professional who knows how to structure deals, work with lenders, present finance and protection products, maintain compliance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the automotive finance process from credit application through final contract execution
  • Secure competitive financing and leasing options for customers through our network of lenders
  • Present and explain available F&I products, vehicle protection products, and financing options
  • Structure deals and submit applications to appropriate lending institutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending partners
  • Ensure all finance paperwork and documentation is accurate and completed on time
  • Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and dealership policies
  • Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection through delivery
  • Help maximize dealership profitability while maintaining a transparent, customer-focused sales process
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the financing experience

What We're Looking For
  • Previous automotive dealership F&I / Finance Manager / Business Manager experience strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lending, leasing, and F&I products
  • Proven ability to structure and close automotive finance transactions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Understanding of automotive finance compliance requirements
