ADAS & GO specializes in post collision technology calibrations + programming + diagnostics + airbag + wire harness repair.  
We work with our clients to provide a complete ADAS solution.  Our process identifies all safety systems  that have been impacted as a result of a collision.  Once collision repairs are completed, ADAS & GO performs all OEM required calibrations and services in a controlled static environment to ensure all of your safety systems are functioning back to pre damage condition.

Job Summary
We are looking for an Automotive Technician (B technician) to join our successful company and head up our new Static Service Center (SSC) location in the market

As Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles at your designated SSC. You may start as the lone Technician at the SSC. yet you will be supported by company management and a Operations support structure which will provide you an initial two week intense training program. You must be comfortable using the company's computer software, propietary vehicle estimating process, SSC diagnostic equipment and have extensive knowledge of vehicle systems. 

If you have a “never give up” attitude and are willing to problem-solve until you find the best solution for the customer, we want to hear from you. 

Responsibilities 
  • Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes
  • Assist with establishing service center procedures for tracking repair status, maintaining technical documentation, and other necessary protocols
  • Calibration Services (OEM +)                                      
  • Diagnostic service & repairs                     
  • Light mechanical operations 
  • Clock Spring,  Airbags, Wire Harness, Wire Repairs,  Windshield  Removal & Install              
  • Programming        
  • Provide detailed estimates via MTRX  - Training to be provided 
  • Run ADAS reports 
  • ADAS Research Requirements - Demonstration to be provided
  • Photo Documentation of Service Offering
  • Strong Customer Service orientation                         
    • Communicate with our clients on progress of services and overall conversation needed                         
    • Communication with your management team and support administration 
    • Cordial Behavior
    • Checking Location emails for Body Shop Correspondence
    • Answer Dedicated Shop Phone
  • Driving vehicles to and from ADAS & GO/ Body Shops (clean driving record a must)
  • Shop Cleanliness 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 5 year minimal previous vehicle service experience
  • A or B+ tech only 
  • Previous RIVIAN service experience is a bonus 
  • TESLA and or PORSCHE EV previous training required if NO RIVIAN experience
  • Key Skills required include: Diagnostic skills and Alignment knowledge
  • Strong Customer service and or communication skills
  • Must have highly reliable transportation 
Compensation
  • Base salary + Car Allowane + Bonuses = starting at $100,000 plus annually
