General Summary

This individual leads, plans, synthesizes ambiguous or conflicting requirements and performs the complex responsibility of the design and development of software across the stack for web applications and engineering tools that includes programming at the data layer, integration layer, API layer and the UI layer. Develops systems, integrations, APIs and solutions that are focused but not limited to automotive engineering applications. Responsible for managing/following the software development process from development to production release in collaboration with other IT teams. Develops, creates, and modifies software to build large scale, distributed, and fault-tolerant applications, integration between platforms, and microservices. Committed to write reliable, scalable, testable and maintainable code. Collaborates with senior team members to design, build, and deploy pipelines that handle the software lifecycle. Acts as a technical lead for small-size projects to ensure they are driven to completion for automotive applications. Anticipates issues and discusses within project team to maintain open communication. Adapts to challenges and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines independently. Facilitates collaboration with more senior IT Software Developers and seeks out learning opportunities to increase own knowledge, skill, and overall expertise in the IT Software delivery field. Acts as a strong contributor at design reviews and project meetings and communicates and implements a development plan.

Qualifications

Will accept a Bachelor's Degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related degree field and three (3) years of experience in a related occupation.

Pay Range

$128,100.00 - $192,100.00 /year
