RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicles following manufacturer and dealership standards.

  • Conduct multi-point inspections, checking fluid levels, belts, hoses, tires, and other key systems.

  • Rotate and balance tires as needed.
    Top off fluids (coolant, transmission, windshield washer, brake, power steering).
    Check and replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades when required.

  • Communicate inspection results and additional service recommendations to Service Advisors.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service bay and work area.

  • Properly dispose of used oil, filters, and other materials according to environmental regulations.

  • Ensure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition.

  • Follow all dealership safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.

  • Provide excellent customer service by treating vehicles and customer property with care.
    Assist other technicians as needed and support overall shop workflow.
