· Explain and demonstrate how to use the systems specific to the customers vehicle.

· Personalize features according to customer’s needs.

· Be the “go to” contact before, during, and after delivery for answers regarding technology.

· Help customers feel confident in their vehicle in order to enhance their driving experience.

· Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.
