Automotive content refers to written, visual, or multimedia material that focuses on vehicles, the automotive industry, and related topics. This can include car reviews, industry news, maintenance tips, buying guides, and coverage of automotive events. Automotive content is created for various platforms such as websites, magazines, social media, and video channels, aiming to inform, educate, or entertain car enthusiasts and consumers. It often requires a mix of technical knowledge and engaging storytelling to appeal to its target audience.

To thrive as an Automotive Content Writer, you need strong writing and research skills, a solid understanding of automotive technology, and often a background in journalism or communications. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and image editing software is typically required. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex topics in an engaging and clear manner are standout soft skills. These competencies ensure that content is accurate, accessible, and appealing to automotive enthusiasts and general audiences alike, supporting brand credibility and audience growth.

Job description

Automotive Sales Advisor
Looking for more than just another job?
At Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan in Pawleys Island, we're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with others and want to build a long-term career. You don't need previous automotive sales experience-we'll teach you everything you need to know.
We're a third-generation, family-owned dealership that's been serving the Grand Strand for more than 46 years. We believe in doing business the right way, taking care of our employees, and creating an environment where hard work is rewarded.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Advisor, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships throughout the buying process. You'll learn our products, guide customers through their options, and become a trusted resource before, during, and after the sale.
During your training, our management team will work alongside you, helping with negotiations and closing deals while you build your confidence. As your skills grow, you'll learn to handle every part of the sales process yourself.
We Don't Believe in Waiting for Customers
The car business has changed-and so has the way we sell.
Today's customers shop online long before they visit a dealership. That's why we teach our Sales Advisors how to build relationships through social media, video, text messaging, and digital communication-not just on the showroom floor.
If you've ever wanted to build a personal brand, create automotive content, or learn how successful sales professionals generate business online, we'll help you develop those skills. Some of our most successful Sales Advisors create opportunities instead of waiting for them.
Why Work Here?
  • Family-owned dealership with over 46 years in business
  • Located less than two miles from the beach
  • Closed every Sunday
  • Most Fridays we close early so you can enjoy your weekend (excluding the last Friday of the month)
  • Paid training with guaranteed income while you learn
  • Medical, dental, prescription, life insurance, and 401(k)
  • Paid vacation
  • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service
  • Monthly performance bonuses
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Opportunities to advance into leadership, finance, and other management positions
What We're Looking For
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Enjoys meeting and helping people
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Comfortable communicating both in person and online
  • Interested in learning modern sales and marketing techniques
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Available to work Saturdays and some evenings
Income Opportunity
This is a performance-based career with uncapped earning potential.
Many of our successful Sales Advisors earn well into six figures. Your income is based on your effort, consistency, and ability to grow-not seniority. There is no cap on what you can earn.
If you're looking for a career where you'll receive real training, ongoing support, and the opportunity to build a rewarding future, we'd love to meet you.
Apply today and see why so many of our employees have built long-term careers at Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan.
Coastal Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan is an Equal Opportunity Employer and a Drug-Free Workplace.
