$50K–$80K -Base + Uncapped Commission | Auto Accessories Sales Rep
Phoenix, AZ (In-Office)
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | No Weekends

West Coast Wheel Accessories is growing and looking for a motivated sales professional to join our Phoenix team. This is an opportunity to build relationships, grow a territory, and earn uncapped commission while working with one of the largest national distributors of automotive wheel accessories in the United States.

We support some of the largest vendors and retailers in the country and have built a strong reputation in the automotive aftermarket by providing reliable products and exceptional customer service.

If you have experience with lug nuts, wheel spacers, adapters, or wheel weights, we want to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a defined sales territory
  • Make 32–50 outbound calls daily to support and grow accounts
  • Handle 8–15 incoming customer calls per day
  • Build strong customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
  • Recommend the right products based on customer needs
  • Answer questions about product features, pricing, and availability
  • Cross-sell and upsell within our product lines
  • Work closely with fellow sales reps to share strategies and opportunities
  • Use internal systems (Fishbowl & CRM tools) to manage orders and inventory

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound calling, building relationships, and driving sales results.

  • Experience with automotive wheel accessories preferred
    (lug nuts, spacers, adapters, wheel weights, etc.)
  • Proven background in sales or account management
