Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Hours:
  • 6:00am - 6:00pm
  • 6:00pm - 6:00am

Schedule: Monday - Sunday - Rotating Days
PAY RATE: $19.50/hr

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and safety-conscious Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for moving vehicles within the manufacturing facility, navigating tight spaces, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. This position is crucial to maintaining smooth production flows.
Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Vehicle Transport: Safely move vehicles from the inspection area to assigned storage or lot areas within the facility.
  • Navigating Tight Spaces: Maneuver vehicles expertly in confined areas while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to coordinate vehicle movement and address any operational demands.
  • Vehicle Condition Monitoring: Inspect vehicles during transit, identifying and reporting any signs of damage or discrepancies.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to facility procedures, internal safety protocols, and document vehicle movements as required.
  • Urgent Requests: Respond promptly to urgent directives regarding vehicle repositioning to support production and safety needs.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license; prior experience maneuvering vehicles in confined or industrial environments preferred.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
  • Familiarity with operating vehicles in a manufacturing or similar facility environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively on 1st or 2nd shift, displaying flexibility and reliability.
