Job description

Job Title: Automation Test Engineer
Location: Hybrid (Local preferred) 
Pay rate : $32.00/hr. on W2
Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled  Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in JavaScript programming and deep experience in automation testing across mobile, desktop, and responsive web platforms. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end testing initiatives through scalable automation strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of software quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for end-to-end testing across desktop, mobile, and responsive platforms.

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define test strategies, validate international market features, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Lead complex E2E integration testing efforts across multiple systems and services using modern testing practices.

  • Execute and manage test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules aligned with project goals.

  • Proactively communicate risks, test progress, and quality status to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes and suggest innovative testing approaches to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

  • 3+ years of experience leading test efforts for mobile, desktop, and responsive web platforms.

  • Proficient in JavaScript programming.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

    • HTTP, HTML, XML, JSON, SQL

    • JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript

  • Familiarity with RESTful services and web/mobile testing protocols.

  • Experience with test planning, defect tracking, build/release management, and debugging tools.

  • Proven ability to manage test environments and configurations effectively.

  • Experience in testing internationalized and localized features.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
