Your technical abilities are critical to the success of our contracting controls business: installation, programming, system integration, functional testing, commissioning, and owner-training for building automation systems. You will collaborate with Design Engineers, Programmers and Field Engineers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and fully functional.**Responsibilities:*** Integrate various manufactures of DDC/PLC style controllers to form a reliable building automation network* Create Tridium/Niagara based, accurate graphic interfaces for building operators* Collaborate with vendors to produce graphical floor plans, unit schematics, and graphical schedules for building operations* Assist field engineer in quality control of field wiring* Assist field engineer in functional testing of devices* Assist field engineer in functional testing of programmed sequence of operations* Assist field engineer in commissioning of customer graphics* Train owner/operator on building automation graphical interface* Develop and maintain graphics library and graphics standards* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.* Understand project scope and execute duties in timeline required* All other duties assigned**Qualifications + Knowledge Skills & Abilities:*** B.S.
