Position Overview

We are seeking a Technology Automation & Integration Expert to streamline our law firm's operations through intelligent automation, system integration, and workflow optimization. This role will also support client acquisition efforts by integrating marketing technologies andoptimizingdata flow across advertisingandCRM.

The ideal candidate combines technicalexpertisewith an understanding of legal workflows and digital marketing systems.


Key Responsibilities


Automation & Workflow Optimization

  • Analyze legal and administrative workflows toidentifyautomation opportunities
  • Reduce manual work through low-code/no-code,AI-powered tools and custom-built solutions.

Systems Integration

  • Integrate legal systems (case management, document management) with CRM and marketing platforms
  • Evaluate and implement AI tools for legal workflows
  • Ensure seamless data flow between advertising platforms, intake systems, and case management tools
  • Build andmaintain integration pipelines that support both automation and AI-driven processes.

Marketing Technology & Paid Advertising Support

  • Collaborate withthe marketingteam to integrate andoptimizepaid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) with CRM.
  • Track and attributeleadsfrom paid campaigns through conversion and case lifecycle
  • Automate lead routing, follow-ups, and reporting for marketing campaigns
  • Improve ROI visibility through dashboards and analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or legal technology
  • Experience implementing or integrating AI tools
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with CRMsystems
  • Experience with marketing attribution tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience with AI-powered automation tools or frameworks.
