What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Expect up to 50–60% travel to customer sites (typically 1–2 nights away) throughout the State of Texas.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • 5+ years driving sales of automation systems, turnkey solutions, or capital equipment in manufacturing environments.
  • 5+ years of proven success promoting technical solutions that solve real customer challenges.
  • 5+ years experience managing multi‑state territories and growing new or existing markets.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience leveraging tools like Salesforce or equivalent to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and drive data‑driven sales strategies.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and move about the worksite as needed.
  • Frequent use of hands to operate tools, controls, and equipment; occasional positioning of self to access low or elevated areas.
  • Regular lifting and moving of up to 25 lbs., frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs., and occasional lifting of up to 100 lbs.
  • Visual requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions
  • Position is based in a fabrication shop/ requires travel to manufacturing plants with hands‑on involvement and oversight responsibilities.
  • Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and potential electrical hazards.
