They are seeking a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer to automate key business processes for clients, involving all aspects of implementing automation solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Work directly with our highly visible clients and automate their key business processes at scale
โ€ข Be involved in all aspects of implementing automation solutions from requirements gathering and process documentation to developing, testing, and deploying solutions
โ€ข Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback
โ€ข Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing code
โ€ข Ensure quality automation using QA processes
โ€ข Document automation procedures
โ€ข Help shape 'Future of Work' for our clients
โ€ข Work with our ML Engineers to deliver Intelligent Automation by combining RPA with machine learning
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Ability to represent and uphold our core values of integrity, client service, expertise, adaptability, communication, and teamwork
โ€ข Active Secret Clearance
โ€ข 3 Years experience as an RPA developer with any one of these tools (UiPath, Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, or Pega)
โ€ข 1 Year experience in any programming language
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience analyzing complex business processes and creating design specifications in a Federal Government environment
โ€ข AWS knowledge/experience
โ€ข UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
โ€ข Power BI experience
โ€ข Understanding of Agile Development methodology
โ€ข Production support of RPA automation
โ€ข Creating and deploying Machine Learning models
