Job Title: Automation and Project Management Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration of project: 6 months+ (Long Term)

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Automation and Project Management Specialist with 10+ years experience with UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and project management. In this role, you will lead the analysis, design, development, and deployment of automation solutions while managing projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This is a unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with leadership and organizational skills to drive digital transformation and process optimization
 
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
 
Automation Development:
• Design, develop, and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath to streamline business processes.
• Build custom applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Integrate automation solutions with various data sources and systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, APIs).
• Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and monitor automation performance.
 
Project Management:
• Lead end-to-end project management for automation initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
 
Process Analysis and Optimization:
• Work with business units to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Document workflows, technical specifications, and best practices.
 
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Provide training and support to end-users on automation solutions and tools.
• Communicate project updates and automation benefits to leadership and stakeholders.
 
Maintenance and Support:
• Monitor and maintain deployed automation solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with RPA bots, PowerApps, and workflows. Implement enhancements and updates to existing solutions based on user feedback
 
Qualifications:
 
Technical Expertise:
 
• UiPath:
o Proven experience in designing and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.
o Strong understanding of UiPath components (Studio, Orchestrator, Robots).
o UiPath Advanced Developer Certification is highly preferred.
 
• Microsoft Power Platform:
o Proficiency in building custom apps with PowerApps.
o Experience creating workflows and automations with Power Automate.
o Strong skills in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
 
• Programming and Integration:
o Knowledge of programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python.
o Experience with APIs, JSON, and web services for system integration.
 
Project Management:
• Proven experience managing projects, preferably in automation or IT-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications) are a plus.
