Job description

Job Description:

As a Building Automation Technician, you will primarily perform and develop sequence testing, project graphics, and point to point verification ensuring the system runs as efficiently as possible. This position works as a part of a team at client or project job sites to ensure proper installation of controls systems, as well as provide diagnostic and repair services. This position may provide training other team members.

What we're looking for in you

  • 2+ years of building automation experience

  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems

  • Ability to troubleshoot BAS communication such as : Bacnet MSTP, Bacnet IP, Modbus and Lon.

  • Ability to perform preventive maintenance ,repair ,install, commissioning, point-to-point checkouts, troubleshoot and/or replace HVAC controls systems & equipment

  • Ability to use multimeter and hand tools to troubleshoot controls equipment

  • N4 Certification Preferred
