Marketing Automation Professional

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and drive global marketing strategies, processes, and technology initiatives that align with the KOKI Group's vision and business objectives.
  • Shape the roadmap for marketing transformation, digital engagement, automation, and AI adoption.
  • Champion customer-centric marketing practices, set-up mechanicsand continuous improvement across global markets.

Customer Experience & Digital Engagement

  • Design, implement, and optimize customer-facing digital experiences, focusing short-term on marketing engagement and activation platforms and furthermore building frameworks for engaging websites, portals, self-service tools and AI-enabled solutions,
  • Lead customer journey mapping initiatives to improve engagement and conversion across all digital touchpoints.
  • Ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience across regions and channels and align globally.
  • Translate customer, commercial, and marketing requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Marketing Technology, Automation & AI

  • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions.
  • Lead integration efforts between CRM systems, marketing automation tools, customer portals, analytics platforms, and digital engagement tools.
  • Drive personalization, automation, and self-service capabilities that improve customer and user experiences.

Marketing Process & Business Transformation

  • Partner with Sales Business Units (SBUs) and regional Marketing teams to streamline and enhance global marketing processes, including improvement of recently launched Go-to-Market (GTM) process and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and standardize operations globally.
  • Develop and implement best practices, governance models, and operating procedures.
  • Explore emerging technologies and recommend solutions that support business growth and operational efficiency.

Global Systems & Standardization

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of global marketing systems and platforms, including Digital Asset Management (DAM) and customer engagement tools.
  • Establish standardized processes, data governance, and system utilization practices across all regions.
  • Ensure alignment between global standards and regional business requirements.
  • Support regions with trainings and regular consultancy

Projectmanagement & Stakeholders & Vendor Management

  • Foster strong partnerships with regional marketing teams, Sales, IT, Product Management, Customer Service, and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment, communication, and collaboration across global and regional organizations and teams.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, technology vendors, consultants, and implementation partners and steer budgets accordingly

Data Analytics & Performance Management

  • Develop KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, process efficiency, and platform adoption.
  • Leverage analytics and customer insights to inform decision-making and prioritize enhancements.
  • Present project outcomes, ROI, and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Digital Experience, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Experience, Marketing Technology, Customer Engagement, Business Transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading global, cross-functional transformation initiatives.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, CRM platforms, Digital Asset Management (DAM), customer engagement tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with AI applications, workflow automation, and digital customer experience solutions.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
  • Establish Dashboards and KPIs for the dedicated indicatives and platform effectiveness, analyze user behaviour.
