This role will be responsible for defining automation strategy, implementing intelligent testing solutions, and leading high-performing QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality software across customer-facing and enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong automation leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and practical experience leveraging AI/ML and Generative AI technologies to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and release velocity.

Key Responsibilities Automation Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute enterprise-wide test automation strategy and roadmap.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage QA Automation Engineers across multiple projects and delivery teams.
  • Drive adoption of Shift-Left and Shift-Right testing methodologies.
  • Establish automation standards, best practices, and governance models.
  • Improve automation coverage, execution efficiency, and overall software quality.
AI-Driven Testing & Innovation
