What You'll Do Day-To-Day
We are seeking a strategic Instrumentation & Control Automation Product Manager Solution Owner to drive advanced control and digital modernization solutions for commercial nuclear plants. You will serve as the commercial and technical linchpin-bridging business stakeholders, engineering teams, and customers to execute highly complex I&C initiatives.
Location(s): Lynchburg, VA | Cranberry Township, PA | Mansfield, MA
Commercial & Sales Leadership
  • Drive Revenue & Orders: Own annual product line order intake, operating income, and revenue targets for North American accounts.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary interface for clients, leading sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Deal Profitability: Manage cost estimates and contract amendments to ensure every deal meets targeted profit margins.
  • Opportunity Management: Identify, track, and close new sales orders while recommending process optimizations.

Strategy & Solution Ownership
  • Solution Vision: Define the technical roadmap and business cases for complex Safety and Operational nuclear I&C solutions (meeting strict regulatory, cybersecurity, and operational standards).
  • Economic Modeling: Develop economic scenarios to validate key business decisions for top management.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Share technical and sales insights to elevate the competency of the broader business team.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
  • Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
  • Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software.
  • Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts.
  • Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments.

Total Rewards Package
  • Salary: $133,000-$181,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
