Build Custom Automation Equipment from the Ground Up
We're seeking a hands-on Machine Builder to join a growing automation team that designs and manufactures custom machinery for a variety of industries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, and bringing complex automation systems to life.

What You'll Do
  • Assemble custom automation equipment and machinery from engineering drawings, assembly prints, and work instructions.
  • Install and align mechanical components including conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, motors, servo systems, and machine tooling.
  • Perform machine setup, adjustment, timing, and mechanical troubleshooting during assembly and testing.
  • Support machine run-off, debugging, startup, and customer acceptance activities.
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of machine building, mechanical assembly, maintenance, or automation experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly prints, and pneumatic schematics.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently or within a team environment.
Why This Opportunity?
  • Build custom machines instead of performing repetitive production work.
  • Work closely with engineering, controls, and manufacturing teams on unique projects.
  • Gain exposure to advanced automation technologies, robotics, and custom machinery.
  • Join a stable, growing organization offering long-term career growth and technical development.
