As a Manager, Solution Delivery, you will:

  • Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Life Sciences & Health Care Industry
  • Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities
  • Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Life Sciences & Health Care sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation
  • 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations
  • 6+ years of experience working within the Life Sciences & Health Care Industry or serving Life Sciences & Health Care clients
  • Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
