Electronic Assembler  
Automation Personnel Services is looking for Electronic Assembler Associate for a company based in Fredericksburg, VA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support a growing operation known for handson training, steady work hours, and longterm career development in the industrial and constructionsupport field.
 
Pay Rate 
$ 18.00
 
Schedule and Hours 
Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm 
 
Electronic Assembler Associate’s Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assemble electronic components, wires, cables, connectors, and switches onto circuit boards or other substrates according to detailed instructions, or schematics.
  • Ensure proper alignment, orientation, and secure placement of each component. 
  • Perform wiring tasks, including attaching wires to terminals and routing them according to specifications. 
  • Assembling electronic components and devices to ensure they meet quality and production standards.
 
Electronic Assembler Associate’s Qualifications and Requirements
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation to and from 
  • Use of hand tools and be able to measure wire lengths according to specs. 
  • Follow safety protocols when handling sensitive components.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment
