RF & Electronics Component Painter / Finishing Technician
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly disciplined individual to paint and finish RF and electronic components in accordance with MIL-STD processes. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on skills, a desire to learn, and a commitment to precision. Prior MIL-STD experience is a plus but not required-we are willing to train the right person.
Key Responsibilities
  • Apply coatings and finishes to RF and electronic components following MIL-STD procedures
  • Prepare parts for painting (cleaning, masking, inspection, handling)
  • Follow documented processes with strict attention to detail and repeatability
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and controlled work environment
  • Adhere to safety, quality, and process discipline at all times
