The Senior Analyst, Project Management, Building Controls, plays a critical role in identifying energy savings opportunities and optimizing building system performance through advanced data analysis and system evaluation. This position leads project management efforts for energy efficiency initiatives, collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance equipment reliability, and supports the development of maintenance and control strategies. The role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise in building management systems, and the ability to drive improvements that reduce energy consumption while maintaining operational continuity across multiple facilities.

The team focuses on optimizing energy performance across store facilities by leveraging advanced data analysis and building management systems. They identify opportunities to enhance equipment efficiency, maintain cold chain integrity, and support operational priorities through continuous monitoring and corrective actions. Collaborating with internal and external partners, the team drives energy savings initiatives and infrastructure projects while ensuring reliable store operations. Members apply technical expertise in controls and maintenance, manage projects effectively, and contribute to sustainable energy solutions that align with business goals and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Identify energy savings opportunities by analyzing complex data from multiple building control systems to create performance metrics and automated routines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to research trends, address equipment issues, and recommend design and maintenance improvements.
  • Manage and oversee energy efficiency projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and optimizing equipment performance while reducing maintenance costs.
  • Develop and implement control strategies for building automation systems to maintain operational efficiency and support demand response programs.
  • Provide technical guidance, document processes, and respond to operational inquiries from store management and technical teams.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to meet business priorities, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
