Job Summary:
LS Power is a premier development and operating company in the North American power and energy infrastructure sector. They are seeking an Automation Developer to enhance efficiency and decision-making through automation and AI solutions within their business units, collaborating closely with leadership and technical teams.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows and AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.
• Leverage large language model (LLM) APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and agentic frameworks to build task‑specific applications.
• Integrate solutions with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and SaaS platforms.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate directly with operators, analysts, and leadership to identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Provide training and documentation to ensure adoption and long‑term maintainability of solutions.
• Coordinate with central IT on security reviews, enterprise architecture, and governance standards.
• Partner with developers across business units to share best practices, reuse components, and align on development standards.

Qualifications:
Required:
