Job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Transmission Technician to join our growing service department. The Transmission Technician will be responsible for transmission diagnosis and repairs, utilizing diagnostic tools, complete transmission overhauls. If you have expertise in diagnosing and repairing automatic and manual transmissions we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose, repair, and rebuild automatic and manual transmissions on all makes and models
  • Perform complete transmission overhauls, clutch replacements, and drive-line repairs
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools and factory software to troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers

Qualification:

  • Experience as a Transmission Technician (Ford or other OEM experience preferred but not required)
  • ASE or manufacturer certifications
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
  • Ability to rebuild transmissions and perform complex repairs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
