As automation kicks in, you watch the metrics, listening for subtle changes and adjusting settings to keep performance steady. You double-check seals, confirm weights, and ensure labels are spot-onโ€”then capture every detail in accurate batch records. When itโ€™s time to switch SKUs, you support a crisp changeover and clean equipment so the next run is ready to excel.

What youโ€™ll do
  • Operate automated packaging equipment to defined process parameters
  • Validate materials and labels prior to startup
  • Monitor performance throughout production and respond to issues quickly
  • Inspect seals, weights, and labeling to uphold quality
  • Confirm product and packaging meet specifications and counts
  • Accurately complete batch record documentation
  • Assist with line changeovers and clean equipment as required
