Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Test Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality, reliability, and functionality of electronic products through rigorous testing, inspection, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in electronic assembly and testing processes, with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality assurance.

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Production Test Technician: Perform functional testing on electronic assemblies and finished products Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using test equipment Document test results and report defects Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of assembled electronic devices using automated test equipment and manual methods to verify functionality and performance. Perform quality inspections on printed circuit boards (PCBs) utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and ohmmeters.

Utilize surface mount technology (SMT) techniques for assembling and reworking surface-mount components on PCBs, ensuring adherence to IPC 610 standards. Analyze test data collected during production runs to identify trends, anomalies, or defects that could impact product quality. Debug and troubleshoot electronic assemblies by interpreting schematics, circuit diagrams, and test results to isolate issues.
