Lead complex privileged access management and cybersecurity engineering initiatives that help clients strengthen security, improve access controls, and support large-scale technology environments. As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist, you will work across business and technical stakeholders to support secure solution implementation, operational stability, and program execution. As a Senior Engineering Management Specialist on the Engineering Management team, you will be responsible for...

  • Leading privileged access management and cybersecurity engineering activities across complex technology initiatives, including planning, tracking, issue management, and status reporting
  • Coordinating with business, security, infrastructure, and engineering stakeholders to align scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes
  • Supporting implementation, administration, and optimization of CyberArk solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments
  • Identifying delivery risks, escalating issues, and supporting mitigation planning to keep initiatives on track
  • Developing governance materials, technical documentation, and executive-ready updates to support program execution and operational consistency

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, engineering, information technology, finance, business, or another specified technical field
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification or CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer certification for Privilege Cloud (CDE-CPC)
  • 6+ years of experience developing, implementing, or architecting information systems within information technology environments
  • 5+ years of experience installing, integrating, deploying, administering, configuring, and troubleshooting CyberArk privileged access management solutions in cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments
  • 5+ years of experience with CyberArk operational and integration activities, including onboarding targets, managing safes, platforms, owners, access controls, policies, user provisioning, entitlements, application credential rotation, Credential Provider (CP), Central Credential Provider (CCP), SCIM integrations, LDAP/Active Directory integrations, and support for Windows and UNIX/Linux environments
  • Ability to travel 25-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Previous consulting or Big 4 experience
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) - EPM certification
  • CISSP certification
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, RESTful APIs, AutoIT, or PACLI
  • Experience implementing CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), including agent deployment, policy creation, privilege elevation controls, policy tuning, and endpoint support
  • Experience developing cybersecurity policies, standard operating procedures, system architecture documentation, and configuration guidelines

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $188,900.
