They assist engineers, architects, or designers by creating and modifying technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Responsibilities may also include reviewing project specifications, making design adjustments, and ensuring drawings meet industry standards. This role helps interns develop technical skills, improve drafting proficiency, and gain exposure to real-world engineering or architectural projects.

What types of projects and daily tasks should I expect as an AutoCAD intern?

As an AutoCAD Intern, you'll typically assist with creating and modifying technical drawings, updating existing plans, and ensuring that drawings adhere to project specifications and industry standards. You'll often work alongside experienced designers or engineers, responding to feedback and making revisions as necessary. Daily tasks may also include organizing digital files, participating in team meetings, and occasionally visiting project sites to understand spatial requirements. These experiences provide valuable exposure to real-world workflows and lay a strong foundation for future roles in architecture, engineering, or design.
