Position Overview: As a Valet, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional client experience by providing efficient and professional parking services. You will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they are greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival. Your role is to create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and escort them to theappropriate associatesforassistance
- Park cars in designated areas and retrieve cars as needed,observingsafety guidelines at all times
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
- Alert Manager to any damage to clients’ or Company vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness of service drive and parking areas, and make sure they are clear of debris
- Drive clients to requested destinations as needed
- Help with car wash as needed
- Maintain vehicle keys according to departmental safeguard procedures
