Salary: $22.00 per hour

Job Description

The Car Wash Attendant plays a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by ensuring vehicles are cleaned, maintained, and presented to the highest standards. This position supports both the Sales and Service departments in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, and detail customer and dealership vehicles in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay and service areas
  • Assist with vehicle movement, including parking, staging, and transporting cars safely
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and report any damage or issues
  • Support service and sales teams with day-to-day operational needs
  • Follow all safety procedures and company standards
  • Provide a high level of attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Prior car wash, detailing, or dealership experience preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening
Additional Information

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

(The Car Wash/Detailer Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $22.00.)
