We have a management training program.

At Precision Tune Auto Care of North Carolina we offer our customers a one stop solution for all of their automotive maintenance and repair needs (a true dealer alternative). From oil changes and tires to engine replacement and electrical diagnosis; simply put, we fix cars. It is important to us that our customers are always happy, safe, and that their cars are reliably maintained. Our family-owned and operated group opened the first location in 1979, and we operate more than 30 locations across North Carolina.

Position Summary
 
As a Store Manager, you have the ultimate accountability and responsibility for this location, including sales, profitability, quality control, daily paperwork, inventory control, customer satisfaction, making estimates and repair recommendations, etc. You will also work with the district manager to select, coach, lead, train and supervise service advisors and vehicle technicians. We need someone that will lead by example, by setting a positive tone for the store, providing an atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm!

What You Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent and college courses or technical program preferred
  • ASE certifications a plus!
  • 2+ year of experience in automotive service or retail management
  • 2+ years customer service 
  • 2+ years sales and operations
  • Excellent communication and sales skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
  • Outgoing personality
  • Valid driver’s license or ID
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills (POS, cash handling, reports, etc.)
  • Good computer and phone skills
  • Ability to work a 5 or 6 day schedule including Saturdays
  • Be able to pass a background check
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
  • Ability to climb ladders and operate a vehicle safely
