Job description

Here at Biggers Auto Group, we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our privately-owned, local dealership group and set both ourselves and your career up for success. In this position, you are responsible for partnering with the customer through all aspects of the vehicle repair experience. We will provide all the tools, personnel and support for success. We will train some one with great customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of our Service Advisors
  • Greet customer as they arrive on the service lane.
  • Preform walk around inspection.
  • Provide customer with maintenance needs based on menu and inspection.
  • Provide estimate on completion times and prices.
  • Keep customer updated of repair progress.
  • Perform redelivery upon vehicle completion.
