Job description

My name is Kenny Clarey and I am the General Manager here at Sunset Auto Wholesale. 10 years ago I was given the opportunity to move from a Salesperson to Sales Manager. What they saw in me was someone eager to learn and willing to put the work in to accomplish our goals. I have always continued to study and train to be a better salesperson and leader in the industry. Fast forward to today, I am in a position to become a partner here and eventually buy the store from the owner. I am looking for someone that has the work ethic and drive to eventually buy the store from me down the road.

I am looking for the right person to help me build the dealership, grow the team, and create an elite customer experience. I am searching for someone who is customer-service focused, highly motivated, and an absolute gangster in the CRM.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong automotive sales experience who may be ready to move from the sales floor into management. If you know how to work leads, build relationships, follow process, close deals, and motivate people around you, we want to talk to you.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong automotive sales experience.
  • Customer service focused with a professional attitude.
  • Someone who lives in the CRM and understands follow-up.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate a sales team.
  • High energy with leadership potential.
  • Strong communication and closing skills.
  • Organized, accountable, and process-driven.
  • Hungry to grow personally and professionally.

Responsibilities:
  • Help manage and develop the sales team.
  • Train sales staff on lead handling, appointments, and follow-up.
  • Work internet and phone leads alongside the team.
  • Improve CRM activity and customer communication.
  • Help desk deals and maximize opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and employees.
  • Create a winning culture focused on performance and customer satisfaction.

Why Join Sunset Auto Wholesale?
  • Growing independent dealership with opportunity for advancement.
  • Strong inventory and aggressive marketing.
  • Leadership team that values ideas and effort.
  • Opportunity to make a real impact on dealership growth.
  • Competitive pay plan with performance bonuses.
  • Fast-paced environment with room to build your career.

If you’re ready to step up, lead from the front, and help build something special, apply today.
