A Day in the Life of an Auto Repair Shop General Manager
As an Auto Repair Shop General Manager, you maintain our operations, help customers, and oversee the team. You greet every customer who enters our facility with hospitality and the highest level of respect. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair, preferably in fixed operations or service management
  • Experience with automotive repair estimation and repair order generation
  • Experience with key performance indicator (KPI) reporting (ticket averages, car counts, labor, and parts reporting)
  • Leadership skills
