Our shop managers lead weekly all shop meetings and prepare scorecards for staff on a weekly basis. They hold staff accountable to hit goals and advance their teams career plans.

What's your day like?

As the Full-Time Shop Manager at Community Automotive Repair, you will oversee the service advising and technician teams. You'll lead sales and production shop wide. You'll focus on processes within our automotive repair shop to deliver repairs and services to our customers. Your leadership will ensure that workflow is optimized to meet and exceed customer expectations consistently. You will be responsible for managing the shop's budget and profitability, making strategic decisions that drive financial success.
