We are seeking an experienced and motivated Auto Repair Shop Manager / Salesperson to oversee daily operations, manage customer relationships, and drive shop sales. The ideal candidate has strong automotive knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales:
  • Greet customers, understand their vehicle concerns, and provide accurate repair estimates.
  • Upsell recommended maintenance and repair services in a professional and transparent manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with repeat and new customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Shop Management:
  • Supervise technicians and ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Schedule jobs, allocate work, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Operations & Financials:
  • Manage parts ordering, vendor relationships, and inventory levels.
  • Track daily sales, labor hours, and profitability targets.
  • Prepare and review work orders, invoices, and reports.

Team Leadership:
  • Motivate and coach the team to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Support training and development of staff.
