Job description

The resource will need to be an on-site hybrid position in Detroit

Responsible for performing Dealer Onboarding activities and SmartAuction ID processing in the Remarketing Department.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure the document packages received are complete and accurate.

2. Process group document packages in a timely manner.

3. Follow onboarding processes and procedures to ensure all systems are updated accurately. 

4. Communicate with sales team and cross functional partners to reconcile any issues related to an onboard.

5. Process User ID requests and communicate with Dealer Users.

6. Account Maintenance Activities.

7. Assist with monitoring shared mailbox. 

8. Assist with Ad Hoc team projects.

9. Support and engage in SmartAuction business unit initiatives as necessary to support overall product growth and process improvements.

Skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A detail-oriented individual with 1-2 years’ experience in a remarketing, auto, or contract administration environment. Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred. Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office and Excel. High level of oral and written communication skills.
