Location: South Bay, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
Benefits: Medical insurance, 401(k)
Work Environment: Air-conditioned shop, Tekmetric shop management system, Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI), Less than 25 vehicles per day, Average Repair Order (ARO): $685

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming service experience.
  • Create and manage repair orders while accurately documenting customer concerns.
  • Build estimates and clearly explain maintenance and repair recommendations.
  • Coordinate repair work with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates.
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily shop workflow.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle check-in through pickup.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
  • Previous automotive industry experience required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build trust and confidently present repair recommendations.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Tekmetric shop management software is a plus.
