About the Opportunity

ABRA Auto Body, partnered with Sioux City Ford Lincoln, is expanding our high-volume, state-of-the-art Collision Center. Our technicians work with the latest collision repair equipment, OEM-approved technology, modern repair systems, and advanced tools in a clean, organized facility.

As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a critical role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition following OEM procedures, I-CAR standards, and industry best practices. This position is ideal for experienced auto body professionals seeking stability, strong earning potential, and a Monday–Friday work schedule.

Compensation:

• $50,000 – $160,000+ per year (experience, production, and certifications determine earning potential)

• Flat-rate, high-production earning environment

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repairs including panel replacement, metalwork, structural repair, and welding

• Complete frame straightening, body alignment, and structural corrections

• Restore vehicles to OEM specifications using proper repair methods and I-CAR procedures

• Read and interpret repair orders and damage estimates with minimal supervision

• Utilize body shop equipment including welders, sanders, grinders, pullers, and diagnostic tools

• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure accuracy, safety, appearance, and proper fitment

• Collaborate with estimators, painters, and fellow technicians to maintain workflow and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with shop policies

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Full-time, day shift

• No weekends required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Must provide personal tools

• Previous experience as a Collision Repair Technician, Auto Body Technician, or Body Shop Technician strongly preferred

• Welding, I-CAR certifications, and frame repair experience are a plus

• Ability to read repair orders and follow OEM repair procedures
