Outside Sales Representative – Auto Parts

$52,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Territory: Barre • Randolph • Montpelier • Northfield, VT

Sanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to grow our automotive parts business throughout Central Vermont.

If you enjoy meeting customers, building relationships, finding solutions, and winning new business, this is an opportunity to build your territory and grow your earnings.

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business through prospecting, cold calls, and referrals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers
  • Visit repair shops, businesses, and customers throughout your territory
  • Recommend the right automotive parts, products, and solutions
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new business
  • Manage your sales pipeline and customer follow-up
  • Track customer activity in our CRM
  • Partner with the store team to deliver exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
What We're Looking For
  • Sales, customer service, retail, automotive, or business development experience preferred
  • Automotive parts knowledge is preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • High school diploma or GED
