Job description

Join a locally owned auto repair shop in Lexington, established in 1982, as an honest and reliable Auto Mechanic. This role involves hands-on work with standard tools (bonus points if you have your own tools), focused on delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance in a friendly, professional environment from Monday to Friday, 8-5. You will report directly to the Owner and work independently without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Perform engine repairs and diagnostics
  • Conduct brake system maintenance and repairs
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance services
  • Replace parts efficiently and accurately

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in automotive repair
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in engine and brake system repairs
  • Strong time management skills
